10th Edition of ENERGA Announced for 2020

ENERGA 2019, International Energy, Mining, Environment Protection and Related Industry fair, which gathered over 100 exhibitors from 12 countries, 200 participants in the conference part of the program, and representatives of numerous domestic and foreign organizations and institutions in the past three days to the Skenderija Center, upon completion of the conference program and the award ceremony for the exhibitors, was officially closed on Thursday, June 13.

The biggest trade fair event in this part of Europe this year justified the expectations of the participants and organizers, who announced the 10th edition June 9, 2020.

The organizers especially emphasize the quality and well-visited conference, which in three days and 14 sessions offered participants insight into the current topics in the field of energy and environmental protection, with the participation of representatives of all relevant institutions, organizations and business entities dealing with energy and environmental issues.

- Energa is a specialized fair event that is very specific in many ways and as such managed to position itself in the leading event of this type in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in the region. We must especially emphasize this year's visit to the conference program, which is proof that we have decided on quality and topical issues, and this is our starting point for even better-quality program of the 10th ENERGA - stated Zlatko Alidžanović, Chairman of the Board of the ENERGA organizer, Tuzla Fair.

Business meetings "ENERGA b2b 2019" attracted great attention of the B&H business scene within more than 100 held meetings, organized by the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency SERDA, and the Trade Department of the Austrian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year, also a presentation of students' creativity in the field of energy and mechanics took place, as part of the program of the Chamber of Economy of the FB&H and the Chamber of Commerce of the Tuzla Canton.

At the ceremonial closing ceremony, the organizer presented awards for the following organizations and companies:

ENERGA Conference was also concluded today. On the last conference day, biogas plants were discussed as an investment opportunity for farmers, current research and directions of the development of thermal power in B&H, as well as potentials for applying high-efficiency cogeneration of heating and cooling in B&H and projects of financing energy efficiency measures.

ENERGA 2019 is implemented under sponsorship of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, as well as the Government of the Sarajevo Canton.

Project partners are the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is sponsored by the Office of the EU Special Representative in B&H, USAID EIA, UNDP, GIZ, FL Wind and BH Telecom.
